Siemens EQ8695 Main Circuit Breaker

The Siemens EQ8695 is a 2-pole, 200 Amp molded case main breaker specifically designed for residential electrical distribution. It serves as a replacement or conversion main breaker for Siemens and Murray load centers, providing a 22kA interrupting rating to handle higher fault currents. This breaker is HACR rated and accepts a wide wire range from #1 AWG to 300 kcmil (Copper or Aluminum). Because it is a "kit" style breaker, it often includes the necessary mounting hardware to secure it to the load center's interior bus.
