Returns require an RGA requested within 60 days of the invoice date and are subject to a 25% restocking fee plus applicable freight charges. Special orders, switchgear projects, and emergency/off-hour orders are non-returnable or subject to a 50% restocking fee. We deliver products to meet NEC standards; however, installation remains the responsibility of the electrician, and inspector approval cannot be guaranteed.
